The swimming pool, the garden and the 2 terraces
Our holiday home in Charleval has a 350m² garden and a 7m x 3m swimming pool.
We chose to install a flat bottom pool because it is much more convenient for playing games like water polo or volleyball in the water. Right next to the swimming pool, we have installed 6 deckchairs, for your sunbathing and naps!
Our house for rent also includes two terraces :
- The first terrace, right next to the entrance, offers garden furniture. It is an ideal place to read a book in peace.
- A few steps lower, the second 70m² terrace is located next to the swimming pool, adjoining the lounge and the bar / billiard table. We have put a large dining table there for your lunches.
In summer, we cover this terrace with awnings and shade sails, to protect you from the sun and the heat. Oh yes, we have also put a ping-pong table at your disposal!
The lounge and bar area, games and billiards
The two largest spaces in our weekend cottage are the lounge and the bar / billiard area.
The living room consists of a large corner sofa that can accommodate 6 people, a coffee table, an ottoman and an armchair, as well as a giant TV screen. Under the steps leading to the mezzanine, you will find a small children’s desk with sheets, markers and colored pencils, as well as children’s books.
The billiard area is a separate room, almost a small studio. It includes separate WCs, a bar with bar stools and a fridge, a dart board and a large American pool. You will also find a sofa / TV area.

Rates & availability
Our large fully renovated vacation home is located in the village of Charleval, close to all amenities. Charleval is ideally located in the heart of Provence, between the Alpilles (30 km) and the Luberon (10 km). 25 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 50 minutes from Marseille.
Three bathrooms
The bathroom of the parental suite
Equipped with a large corner bathtub, a walk-in shower, a large washbasin and storage space, this bathroom is a place dedicated to relaxation. A hairdryer is also available.
The Italian bathroom
Equipped with a walk-in shower, a large washbasin with double sink and WC, this bathroom is located between the plum and gray bedrooms.
The mezzanine bathroom
Between the twine bedroom and the mezzanine bedroom, this bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, a washbasin and WC.
The kitchen
Our large capacity rental in Charleval includes a large kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen is a central room ; its large corner window opens directly onto the swimming pool and the terrace. Great for keeping an eye on kids while cooking. Very bright and spacious, its large central table is a place of conviviality.
The kitchen is fully equipped: you will find an American fridge / freezer (handy for ice cubes and cold water!), An oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender… In short, everything to cook like a chef!

Laundry room
The villa’s laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment.
Air conditioning
Our large house with swimming pool is fully air conditioned. In summer, you will enjoy a cool space, and in the cool season, good heating.
Free WIFI
When you arrive, we will give you the codes for the free Wi-Fi. You will have broadband access from all rooms of the house, indoors and outdoors.

You will find many games at your disposal: billiards, darts, ping-pong, Monopoly, dominoes, drawing material, naval battle, memory, mandalas …
